ASML Holding N.V. figure parmi les 1ers fabricants mondiaux de matériel de lithographie destinés à l'industrie des semi-conducteurs. Les équipements du groupe sont destinés à l'impression des circuits intégrés sur des plaques très fines de silicium. Le CA par activité se répartit comme suit :

- vente de matériel de lithographie (77%). Le groupe propose également des produits et des composants optiques de lithographie ;

- prestations de services (23%).

La répartition géographique du CA est la suivante : Pays-Bas (0,1%), Europe-Moyen-Orient-Afrique (4,7%), Chine (36,1%), Corée du Sud (22,7%), Etats-Unis (15,9%), Taïwan (15,4%), Japon (4,1%) et Singapour (1%).
