Description de l'Activité: Collins Property Group Limited

Collins Property Group Limited (ex Tradehold Limited) est spécialisé dans la détention et la gestion d'actifs immobiliers industriels et commerciaux situés essentiellement en Afrique du Sud, en Namibie et en Autriche. Les revenus locatifs par type d'actifs se répartissent comme suit :

- locaux industriels (67,9%) ;

- magasins (27,1%) ;

- bureaux (5%).

Au 28 février 2023, le portefeuille immobilier, d'une surface locative totale de 1 568 623 m2, s'élève, en valeur de marché, à 11,3 MdsZAR, répartit par type d'actifs entre bâtiments industriels et grands centres de distribution (82%), magasins (13%) et bureaux (5%).

La répartition géographique des revenus locatifs est la suivante : Afrique du Sud (83,3%), Namibie (5,2%), Afrique (4,6%) et Autriche (6,9%).
