Oriental Interest Berhad (OIB) est une société holding d'investissement basée en Malaisie, qui se consacre à l'investissement et au développement de propriétés commerciales et résidentielles, principalement en Malaisie. La société opère à travers cinq segments : Développement immobilier, Construction générale, Holding d'investissement, Culture de palmiers à huile et Exploitation hôtelière. Les projets de la société comprennent notamment SP Saujana, SP Saujana Permai, Taman Permaipura, Taman Sinar, D'aman Residence, Taman Pekatra Indah, Myra Vista, Myra Gardens, Myra Saujana, Myra Meranti, Irina by Myra, Myra Alam, Myra Putra, et 18 Desa Pinggiran Putra. La société a achevé divers projets de construction et de développement mixte, livrant environ 28 000 unités de développement. Les filiales de la société comprennent OIB Construction Sdn.
