Métier

Sentral REIT (SENTRAL) est un fonds d'investissement immobilier commercial (REIT) basé en Malaisie. L'objectif d'investissement de SENTRAL est d'acquérir et d'investir dans des biens immobiliers commerciaux, principalement en Malaisie, en vue d'assurer une croissance à long terme et une distribution durable des revenus aux détenteurs de parts, ainsi qu'une croissance à long terme de la valeur nette d'inventaire par part de SENTRAL. SENTRAL possède neuf immeubles, dont quatre à Cyberjaya, quatre à Kuala Lumpur et un à Penang. Les actifs du portefeuille de SENTRAL comprennent Quill Building 1 - DHL1, Quill Building 4 - DHL2, Quill Building 2, Quill Building 3 - BMW, Wisma TechnipFMC Part of Plaza Mont' Kiara, Lotuss Building Penang, Platinum Sentral et Menara Shell. Sentral REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. est le gestionnaire de SENTRAL.
