Née en 1969 à Metz, Anne Rigail est la première femme à diriger le groupe Air France. Après être sortie diplômée de l'École des Mines de Paris en 1991, elle a consacré sa carrière à Air France.
Elle a dans un premier temps rejoint Air Inter (qui sera par la suite absorbée par le groupe Air France), avant de passer responsable du service client d'Air France à Orly, en 1996. Elle évoluera ensuite à différents postes : de responsable de la correspondance à Roissy, elle finit par obtenir le grade de directrice d'exploitation sol en 2009, avant de rejoindre le comité exécutif en 2013. Après avoir expérimenté de nombreuses fonctions et découvert les spécificités opérationnelles de l'entreprise, elle sera finalement nommée à la direction générale du groupe en décembre 2018.
En dehors de ses fonctions de directrice générale, Anne Rigail est également membre du conseil d'administration d'EDF.
