Prior to Oak Hall, Mr. Cimilluca was the director of research at J.
& W.
Seligman Company, Inc. and prior to that was a managing director responsible for special situation research at Lehman Brothers.
He began his investment career with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in the Research department.
Mr. Cimilluca has a BA from Trinity College, an MBA from Columbia University and has served in the U.S.
Navy.
He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
