Profil

Ida Bagus Rahmadi Supancana is the founder of Asosiasi Profesional Privasi Data Indonesia, PT Continuing Legal Education Indonesia (founded in 2010), and Pusat Kajian Regulasi (founded in 2001).
He is also the founder of Bali International Arbitration & Mediation Center.
Currently, he holds positions as a Member of the Acceleration & Effectiveness Task Force for the Government of Indonesia, a Professor at Universitas Katolik Atmajaya, an Independent Commissioner at PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk, a Senior Partner at Supancana & Partners Law Firm, and the President Commissioner at PT Indo Citra Regulatama.
He previously held positions as a Director at PT Wahana Baratama Mining, PT Duta Krishna Consortium, PT Ramatelindo Perdana Consultant, and PT Tanjung Alam Jaya.
Dr. Supancana received a doctorate degree from the University of Leiden in 1998, a graduate degree from the University of Indonesia in 1990, and a graduate degree from Universitas Padjadjaran in 1983.
