He served for twelve years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the financial services industry for EduServ Technologies, Inc. Prior to EduServ, he spent 13 years with First Bank Minneapolis where he was Vice President with primary profit and loss responsibility for a separate line of business providing student loan processing services to financial institutions and secondary markets across the United States.
Mr. Harrigan is a graduate of Notre Dame in 1966 and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers in 1974.
