Rob Usdan co-founded Endicott Group in 1996 and has spent over 30 years advising or investing in different companies.
Throughout Endicott's operating history, Rob has been instrumental in leading its hedge and private equity investment funds.
Rob has extensive experience working with management teams on executing operating strategies and maximizing shareholder value, implementing capital markets strategies including IPOs, and executing merger & acquisition transactions.
In addition, Rob serves on numerous boards, both public and private.
Prior to founding Endicott, Rob was an Associate Director at Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P.
