Hartshead Resources NL is an oil and gas exploration and development company. The Company has an interest in the Seaward Production License P2607, offshore United Kingdom, the Nkembe block, offshore Gabon and the Ambilobe block, offshore Madagascar. Its Seaward Production License P2607 covers five contiguous blocks (48/15c, 49/6c, 49/11c, 49/12d and 49/17b) which contain four existing gas fields in the United Kingdom Southern Gas Basin totaling approximately 440.5 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of 2C Contingent Resources. Its license area covers approximately 729.5 square kilometers. The license contains multiple gas fields and prospects, which are divided into three phases for workstreams and operations. Its Phase I consists of the Somerville and Anning Gas Fields. Its Phase II includes the Hodgkin and Lovelace Gas Fields. Its Phase III includes an exploration portfolio of new prospect inventory totaling approximately 14 prospects and leads with unrisked 2U Prospective Resources of 344 Bcf.
