The Real Estate Finance business is engaged in the provision of advisory services that provide total advice from discovery of investment projects to due diligence, acquisition and sale, the provision of asset management services that provide a one-stop support for real estate investment from entry to exit, the acquisition, development and holding of hotel real estate, and real estate rental business. The Hotel Operation business is engaged in the management and commissioned operation business of hotels, accommodation and beverage facilities.
