Presently, Han Ming Chen holds the position of Chairman of Tigerair Taiwan Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen is also on the board of China Airlines Ltd. and Chyn Tay Bearing Co. Ltd. and Member of Rotary Club of Taipei.

Mr. Chen previously occupied the position of Chairman at Prime Development Co., Ltd.

Mr. Chen received an undergraduate degree from the University of Plymouth and an MBA from the University of Birmingham.
