Mr. Ilya Polyakov is a Chairman of Management Board at ROSBANK PJSC.

He is on the Board of Directors at RB Leasing Ltd. and RB Factoring OOO.

Mr. Polyakov joined the Paris team of Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in 2001 and held various positions in the natural resources division. In October 2010, he was appointed as Senior Banker. In 2011, he was appointed as global Co-Head of Metals & Mining within the Natural Resources and Energy Department, in addition to his responsibilities as Senior Banker in charge of global relationship and strategic advisory for Metals & Mining customers in Russia and the CIS region. In February 2013, Mr. Polyakov was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, a member of the Rosbank Management Board in the area of corporate business and Head of the Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking block of customer relations and investment banking in Russia and the CIS region. In September 2016, Mr. Polyakov was appointed as the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Rosbank. In addition to his duties, he led investment banking services and operations on capital markets and securities services. In May 2018, Mr. Polyakov was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Rosbank.

Mr. Polyakov graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University).
