Presently, Li Biao Chen occupies the position of Chief Operating Officer & Director at Shanghai Youzu Information Technology Co. Ltd. and Chief Operating Officer, Director & Deputy GM at Youzu Interactive Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen is also on the board of Youzu Games Hongkong Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from Nanjing University of Science & Technology and a graduate degree from the University of Nanjing.
