Li Qun Cao is on the board of Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd.

In the past Ms. Cao occupied the position of Deputy Director-Administrative Committee at Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park Haidian Service Center and Director-General Affairs Department at State Administration of Foreign Exchange.

Li Qun Cao received a graduate degree from Peking University, a graduate degree from Renmin University of China and a graduate degree from China University of Political Science & Law.
