Presently, Xiao Qing Fan occupies the position of Chairman-Supervisory Board of China Tower Corp. Ltd.

She previously was Director & Deputy General Manager at China Mobile Group Guizhou Co., Ltd. and Director & Deputy General Manager at Guizhou Mobile Communication Co., Ltd.

Ms. Fan received an undergraduate degree from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications and a graduate degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
