Xin He Lin founded Doll Capital Management, Inc. (Beijing) and Sinanet. Presently, he occupies the position of General Partner at Doll Capital Management, Inc. (Beijing). Mr. Lin is also on the board of 6 other companies.

In the past Mr. Lin occupied the position of Chief Operating Officer of SINA Corp., Principal at Octel Communications Corp. and Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP (Missouri).

Mr. Lin received an MBA from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
