Prior to joining Vulcan, Mr. Chern was an analyst in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Investment Banking group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he focused on M&A advisory in the information and technology services spaces including the acquisition of Reuters Group plc by The Thomson Corporation.
Mr. Chern graduated with honors from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a BS in Business Administration and concentrations in finance and public policy.
