Anja Schwögler joined BASF Venture Capital GmbH as an Investment Manager in July 2005.
The main focus of her work is technological due diligence and the technical coaching of our portfolio companies.
In 2001 she joined BASF AG agrochemical research in Ludwigshafen (Germany) as a senior scientist in the area of fungicide research.
Anja Schwögler studied chemistry at the Universities of Heidelberg (Germany) and Santiago de Compostela (Spain).
She obtained her PhD in the area of bioorganic chemistry from the ETH Zurich (Switzerland).
