Arun Kumar has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and is responsible for overseeing finance, legal, compliance, risk management, human resources, IT, operations and providing structuring, tax and operational support to investment transactions.
Prior to ADV, Arun was the COO – MENA at PineBridge Investments (Bahrain) and the CFO with the Sovereign Wealth Fund (Bahrain).
Prior to that, Arun was the Operations Director Asia with 3i Investments (Singapore).
Earlier, Arun was the Vice President and Head of Tax (South & Southeast Asia) with J.P.
Morgan (Singapore).
Arun holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Arun is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
He is fluent in English and Tamil and conversational in Hindi.
