Mr. Janikowski is responsible for MBO/LBO and mergers and acquitions transactions.
He was also responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing of private equity investments.
Prior to joining Penton Partners he served as a Deputy Director of the Strategy and Capital Investment Department at WARTA, Insurance and Reinsurance Company.
He was responsible for all Venture Capital transactions, including valuations and business negotiations with the portfolio companies, as well as, raising capital and exits.
He served as either a member of the Supervisory Board or the Management Board of the portfolio companies.
Served as a member of WARTA’s Investment Committee, President of the Management Board of WARTA Investment Sp.
z o.o.
and Member of the Supervisory Board of WARTA Asset Management SA.
From 1995 to 1998 he worked as an Investment Director at Trinity Management, the management company of the Third National Investment Fund, where he co-managed a Venture Capital Fund.
Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics.
