Prior to joining Patriot in August 2005, Mr. Pharaon was employed by the Global Sponsor Finance unit of GE Commercial Finance, where his focus was on originating debt financing for private equity led buyouts.
Prior to GE, he was a Vice President at Credit Agricole Indosuez in New York where he was responsible for underwriting debt and equity financing on behalf of private equity sponsors' buyouts.
From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Pharaon held various positions at State Street Bank in Boston in both corporate strategy and lending.
As a lender, he was responsible for originating and underwriting senior debt transactions for private equity led buyouts.
He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College in 1989 and he earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia in 1995.
