I lead our Impact fund and am proud that Palatine was the first private equity house in its market to raise an impact fund.
My role includes defining the strategy and process for selecting impact investments, engaging with portfolio companies to drive value creation initiatives and tracking and reporting results to our investors and other stakeholders.
I am committed to raising the profile of ESG, impact investing and diversity in the Private Equity industry.
I am active on industry panels and BVCA Committees promoting a sustainable approach to investing.
