The Kenmar Liquid Commodity Strategy (KLC Strategy) is designed to provide broad, diversified exposure to the commodity markets by referencing commodity managers. The underlying investment managers may employ either discretionary or systematic strategies in diversified or specific markets utilizing liquid financial instruments. The KLC Strategy's objective is achieved through the application of a rules-based index construction and rebalancing methodology designed by KGIM. All of the managers are accessed through managed accounts on the CLariTy Managed Account Platform, granting KGIM LP full, daily transparency and liquidity. The Kenmar Global Managed Futures Program (KGMF) is a diversified portfolio of CTAs designed to increase the risk-adjusted returns of a traditional investment portfolio by providing incremental returns while decreasing volatility and reducing the risk of a significant decline in overall investment portfolio performance. The CTAs employ diverse trading strategies in a broad spectrum of global liquid futures and foreign exchange markets. The firm does not view managed futures as a portfolio hedge, but rather as a source of liquid transparent returns that are typically not correlated to traditional or other alternative investments. KGMF consists of CTAs that are accessed through managed accounts on the CLariTy Managed Account Platform, granting KGIM full, daily transparency and liquidity. The Kenmar Liquid Global Macro Strategy (KLGM) provides a broad, diversified exposure to global macro strategies by referencing global macro managers.
