In a sales leadership role at CrossCountry my objective is to support the firm's expansion and grow our market presence nationally.
In a market-facing capacity I focus on initiating/growing relationships at our key accounts, executing channel strategies and promoting our brand through various events (networking & solution-focused).
Internally, I lead a team whose objective is driving greater operational/sales effectiveness for the organization.
This includes enhancing how we leverage data & technology (CRM, Social, etc.) as a firm to engage with our networks and clients.
And finally I collaborate with a talented team internally to shape CrossCountry’s go to market strategy.
In this role I keep a pulse on what’s occurring across the business landscape and work with our leadership team, marketing, and talent management to determine if & how we serve our clients now or in the future.
I love the strategic & corporate development aspects of my role as much as I enjoy connecting people & finding the right solution for our clients.
Areas of specialty include: strategic planning, revenue planning, relationship management, sales, business development, partner/channel development, account management, proposal development, networking, complex sales cycles.
