Dannis is the founder of Crosson Dannis, Inc. founded in 1977.
He is currently the Chairman-Emeritus of Dallas Marathon, Director of The Friends of The Katy Trail, Member of The Urban Land Institute, Appraisal Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, and American Real Estate Society.
