Prior to joining Winston in May 2006, Mr. Hardwick worked in a similar capacity in San Francisco as a Senior Vice President at Maymont Partners.
From 1998 to 2002, he was with the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers in New York, most recently as a Vice President.
Mr. Hardwick received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S.
from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
