Prior to joining KPS in 2022, Mr. Overmyer was a Director at Levine Leichtman based in Los Angeles.
Mr. Overmyer holds an M.B.A.
from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.B.A.
in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin.
