Most recently she spent two years working in Goldman’s London office supporting the issuance of structured credit and loan SPV repacks.
Before that, she was responsible for drafting all structured credit derivative documentation in the New York office.
Ms. Cuthbert graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in 2003, where she earned a degree in business economics.
