Mr. Clemens Busch started his professional career in the Corporate Finance Division of BHF-BANK in Frankfurt, focusing on the public offering of bonds and shares.
In 1991 he moved to the New York office of BHF-BANK where he worked for four years primarily on capital market and corporate finance transactions.
In 1995 Mr. Busch joined the management team of the Tower Fund in Buenos Aires, a private equity fund focusing on mid-market transactions in Argentina which was financed i.a.
by the HSBC, IFC/Weltbank, Morgan Stanley und BHF-BANK.
In 1999 he returned to BHF-BANK in Frankfurt to join its revitalised private equity business.
With the team’s spin-off from the bank he became a founding partner of Borromin Capital Management GmbH, where he is responsible for new transactions, portfolio development and marketing.
Mr. Busch studied business administration at European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, London and Paris.
He holds non-executive advisory board memberships at the Cetelon Group and eCircle.
