McFarland is Chief Technical Officer, a Director and a Co-Founder of DBS Communications, Inc. He joined DBS Communications in August, 1998.
Prior to joining DBS Communications, Mr. McFarland founded DMAC Computer Consulting in 1987 and served as President till 1995.
He was a Consultant at High Yield Solutions from 1995 to 1998.
Mr. McFarland received an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Iowa.
