Mr. Daniel Jarman is a Vice President at BMO Asset Management Ltd. He joined the team in 2016 as an Associate Director in the GSI team, focusing on corporate governance, particularly in the UK.
Mr. Jarman was previously at voting service provider ISS, which he joined in 2006 following two years at Manifest as a Governance Analyst.
He became ISS’s Head of UK Governance Research in 2009, responsible for publication of reports and vote recommendations on UK-listed companies.
He has significant engagement, voting and policy experience and has also spent significant time in Australia covering Australian companies.
From 2013 he led ISS’s Customised Research team in the UK, providing ESG policy development and application services to institutional investors.
He was also a member of the Global Policy Board.
He studied at Birmingham City University and has a BA in Business Economics.
