Mr Dariusz Redel gained his professional experience through co-managing a Warsaw based private equity consultancy.
The firm was primarily involved in private equity operations ranging from classic M&A deals to difficult acquisitions of heavily debt laden medium-sized companies (often of recognised brands in manufacturing and media).
His functional responsibilities covered deal structuring, negotiating with investees, investors and banks, financial modelling and risk assessment.
He has also personally participated in a leveraged acquisition out of bankruptcy and the subsequent growth of a business involving the production of insulation materials for the construction industry.
Mr Redel graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc.
in Economics.
Subsequently, he earned a Diploma in Business Information Systems at the Warsaw School of Economics and completed the "Financing the Entrepreneurial Business" course at the London Business School.
