Mr. Dave G.
Chrencik, CPA, is Independent Trustee at Vericimetry Advisors LLC.
Since retiring as an audit partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) in 2009, he has become the Vice President, Finance, and a member of the board of directors of GeoGreen Biofuels, Inc., a start-up company established to collect and convert waste vegetable oil into biodiesel fuel.
Mr. Chrencik’s career at PwC began in Baltimore at Coopers & Lybrand in 1972, following military service with the United States Army.
He was promoted to partner in 1983 and has had varied client service assignments in Baltimore, Philadelphia, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
As a PwC Financial Services Audit Partner, he was responsible for providing client service and developing the practice, focusing on mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, securities broker-dealers and aircraft leasing companies.
Mr. Chrencik graduated “with high honors” in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University in 1970.
He is a CPA and was licensed to practice in California until his recent retirement.
