Mr. Gordon joined Riverside in 2002.
As Co-Manager of the RCAF Funds, he works directly with deal teams and portfolio company management teams to strengthen company operations, enhance profitability and support the realization of strategic objectives.
Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Dexter Corporation, a former-NYSE specialty materials company with worldwide operations and annual sales in excess of $1 billion.
During his earlier career with Dexter, he was responsible for delivering sales and earnings growth in a variety of international marketing positions, and served as President of two Dexter operating divisions.
Mr. Gordon graduated from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh with a BA in Business Organization.
