Dr. David Stubbs is Global Macro Strategy Analyst at Heitman UK Ltd.
His role with Heitman focuses primarily on global macro/strategy analysis and further enhancing the team’s risk management capabilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Stubbs was at Roubini Global Economics where he worked in both London and New York as an asset allocation strategist.
Previously, he worked as an emerging market economist to the United Nations Department for Economic and Social Affairs and before that as a research assistant with The New School Advisory Committee on Investment Responsibility.
He served as an economist with John Dunham and Associates, United Nations Development Program, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the UK Government Department for International Development.
Dr. Stubs received his Ph.D.
in Economics from The New School for Social Research in New York City, his M.Sc.
in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics, and his B.Sc.
in Economics and Politics from The University of Birmingham.
He is based in Heitman’s London office.
