Mr. Bhayani is a co-founder of INC3 Ventures in 2000, a venture capital firm focused on investing in early stage start up companies where he focuses on investing in and guiding young companies in the areas of Internet and Semiconductors.
Mr. Bhayani serves or has served as Board Observer or Board Member on the Company Board of Directors of On Line Anywhere, Bay Packets, vEngines, Pace SoftSilicon, Coaxial Networks and Kenati.
Mr. Bhayani has held executive management, marketing and engineering positions in Silicon Valley and has been an active Angel Investor since 1997.
In 1991, he founded Media Computer Technologies (MCT), which developed, manufactured and marketed full motion video ICs, boards & software used in PC and Consumer Electronics markets.
In 1995 MCT was acquired by C-Cube where he continued, until 1998, as the Vice President of Systems Engineering and later as the Vice President of New Market Development for Asia Pacific.
Prior to MCT, he was Manager of graphics and multimedia engineering at Chips and Technologies where he led the design and development of Graphics Accelerator, Multimedia Video ICs and software that integrated motion video and graphics on a PC display.
Mr. Bhayani holds a MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and BS in Electronics Engineering from the SUNY, College at Buffalo.
He is a TiE Charter member and serves on Board of US-India Venture Capital Association in Silicon Valley.
