Evan Meyer is a founder and Managing Principal of Arenda Capital Management.
Evan’s daily responsibilities include operational and business strategy, and overseeing commercial acquisitions, management and development.
Prior to joining ACM, Evan was the Director of Acquisitions at Champion Development Group, a full service real estate investment and development company.
Evan began his career as an office leasing and investment sales broker with Insignia/ESG, where he was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as the “Top Rookie Broker.” Following the acquisition of Insignia/ESG by CB Richard Ellis, Evan joined Madison Partners as a Director.
Mr. Meyer earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California.
