From 1996 until 2005, she was a Managing Director in the High Yield Research department at Bear Stearns & Co., covering the chemicals, paper & forest products and building material industries.
She was selected to the Institutional Investor All-America Fixed Income Research Team for chemicals in 2001.
From 1991 to 1994, she was a Senior Consultant in the Management Consulting Services division of Price Waterhouse.
Ms. Montagna received a B.S.
in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in 1991 and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University in 1997.
