Dr. Gang Li is an Executive Chairman at Cephei Capital Management (Hong Kong) Ltd.
Prior to founding the firm in 2006, Mr. Li was the Managing Director and Head of the Sales & Trading Department of China International Capital Corporation (“CICC”).
From 1992 to 1997, he was the Manager of Portfolio Analytics and Corporate Finance at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac).
Mr. Li received his Ph.D.
and M.S.
in Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University.
