Mike has more than 25 years of technology and executive talent acquisition experience and has co-founded three recruiting-focused startups.
He’s currently the President of Gold Executive Services where he helps companies create and implement highly efficient recruiting strategies to build successful teams.
He has held multiple positions as an executive and corporate recruiter, staffing manager and entrepreneur.
He co-founded StartupStaffing, Austin’s first Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company for newly funded startup companies, Career Communities, a technical employment portal and Velocity, an applicant tracking system.
Mike is passionate about talent acquisition and helping entrepreneurs bring their ideas to fruition by building amazing teams around them.
He lives in Volente, just outside Austin with his wife of 23 years and two sons where he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
