Dwyer, CFA MBA, is Vice President of Commercial Mortgages at Addenda Capital, Inc.
Mr. Dwyer held the positions of Mortgage Manager, Commercial Mortgage Underwriting, (1989-1994) and National Marketing Manager (1986-1989).
Prior to joining Addenda, he was Director of Human Resources for Manalta Coal (1983-1986), where his responsibilities included overseeing the company pension fund.
He also served as Canadian Trade Commissioner and Vice Consul for Canada in Milan, Italy (1981-1983).
He began his career as an economic analyst for Manalta Coal (1979-1980).
Mr. Dwyer received his BS degree in Geology, with honors, and his MBA in Finance and Marketing both from Dalhousie University.
