Mr. Barba attended the University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business or Finance in 1974.
He began his investment career at Texas Commerce Bank for their investment management group in 1988.
In his 17 years with the bank he served as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, managing both taxable and tax exempt monies.
He also served as an Equity Analyst before becoming manager of the Portfolio Management Group for JPMorgan Private Client Services in Texas.
