Jason Avdenko is the Chief Compliance Officer of Carlyle Aviation Partners.

Upon joining Carlyle Aviation Partners, Mr. Avdenko was the Senior Manager of Operations and Accounting in AAG Capital Markets (now Carlyle Aviation Securities Partners), the SEC registered affiliate of Carlyle Aviation Partners.
Prior to Millennium, Mr. Avdenko worked at Aksia LLC, ultimately as a Senior Operational Due Diligence Analyst.
While at Aksia, Mr. Avdenko performed operational due diligence reviews on over 100 hedge funds across diverse strategies and asset classes.
Prior to Aksia, Mr. Avdenko worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), ultimately as a Senior Associate, where he provided consulting services to hedge fund clients.
Mr. Avdenko has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York.
Mr. Avdenko is a CFA Charterholder, a licensed CPA in the state of New York, a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Financial Services Auditor.
