Mr. Jackson joined the Polar Capital in 2000.
Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Taro Industries, a Canadian oilfield services company which he helped restructure and sell to a U.S.
strategic buyer.
From 1989 to 1996, he was Chief Financial Officer of Trimac Ltd., a Canadian diversified operating company in transportation and energy services.
He has several years of experience as an operating and financial manager across a number of diverse industries.
He is currently a Director and the CFO of Landmark Cinemas and Chairman of the Board of Steeplejack.
Prior to these roles, he was CFO of Wittke Inc. and Vision Quest Windelectric.
Mr. Jackson received a B.Comm from Queen's University and is a Chartered Accountant.
