Prior to joining Covad, Mr. Trewin served from April 2003 to February 2005 as the principal of Trewin & Associates, counseling domestic and international clients in the areas of finance, Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, investor relations and information technology.
From January 1995 to January 2002, Mr. Trewin served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of California Micro Devices Corporation.
