Mr. Jonathan P.
Westerman, CFA MBA, is an Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager & Head of Investment Grade Research at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. He is a Portfolio Manager of Investment Grade Credit for both total return and asset-liability management investment strategies.
He also maintains fundamental credit research responsibilities for all of the firm’s Energy Infrastructure (Midstream Energy / Pipelines, Utility, & Power sectors), Investment Grade, and High Yield credit investments.
He joined the firm in 2012 and has served in various capacities on the fixed income team including credit research, portfolio management, quantitative modeling and analysis, and trading.
Prior to joining Fort Washington, Mr. Westerman served in various roles within Fort Washington’s parent company, Western & Southern Financial Group, since 2006.
He began his career as an Associate in the Audit & Risk Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) where he was responsible for planning and executing audit and risk advisory services for both public and private clients across multiple industries, including Energy and Utilities.
He received a BS in Accounting and Decision Science & Information Systems (magna cum laude) from the University of Kentucky and an MBA, Finance from Xavier University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CFA charterholder.
