Profil
Mr. Jonathan Bell is a Chief Investment Officer at Cape Ann Asset Management Ltd.
Prior to founding Cape Ann, he spent three years at Nomura Asset Management (2012-2015) as Head of Developing Market Equities where he was lead manager of the Emerging Market Fund and Frontier Fund as well as the team manager.
Before joining Nomura, he spent nine years at Pictet Asset Management (2002-2011) in London and Hong Kong, where he was most recently the lead manager for Asia within the GEM team and ran segregated GEM portfolios for institutional accounts.
Prior to Pictet, he worked as a TMT industry analyst for Pyramid Research, a global consultancy with an emerging markets focus.
He also spent two years working with the United Nations Development Program in Belize, Central America.
He was also an Investment Manager-Global Developing Markets Programme at Silchester International Investors LLP.
He has an MA in International Relations, with honors, from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy and an MBA from Emory University.
