Profil
Mr. Herz is currently the CEO of ACCESS SEAF Peru and Managing Director for both ACCESS SEAF Peru and ACCESS SEAF Colombia.
He joined SEAF’s Latin American team in August 2001 and has since managed SEAF’s regional operations.
Before joining SEAF, he was a Corporate Finance Project Director with Fleming Latin Pacific Peru (a subsidiary of Robert Fleming).
Mr. Herz’s professional experience also includes tenures at VestcorPartners Group in Miami, and Ferrostaal and the Institute World Economy, both in Germany.
He has also served as a corporate finance and economics professor at the Universidad del Pacífico and Centrum Católica, two of Peru’s most prestigious business schools.
Mr. Herz has a B.A. in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in the USA. He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
