Mr. Hermie started his career as a financial analyst at Corluy's in Antwerp and went on to work as a fund manager with Dexia Asset Management, Petercam and until recently at NN Investment Partners (ING Investment Management) where he was a senior member of the global dividend team.
He holds a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences and he obtained his CFA title in 2002.
